7月14日（星期六），三德国中两队中四及中五生在怡保百利广场（Ipoh Parade）组队参与了高中组Mighty Minds National Challenge竞赛。此县级比赛是由Star Publication (M) Bhd 联同 RHB银行一同举办。其中，三德国中中四小组脱颖而出，成功赢得了竞争并成为霹雳州的冠军。该小组将会继续代表霹雳州前往吉隆坡参与将于十月举行的全国总决赛。获胜的小组赢得了总值五千令吉并将由三位小组成员Mah Song Wei ,Ryann Sim Wei Jian 和 Tan Ee Soon共享，而我校也获得总值两千令吉。


Last Saturday, which was the 14th of July , 2 teams of Sam Tet students from Form 4 and Form 5 took part in the upper secondary RHB-The Star Mighty Minds State Challenge which took place in Ipoh Parade. The competition was jointly organized by the Star Publication (M) Bhd and RHB banking group. One of the teams managed to win the competition and became the champion of Perak. The team will go on to represent the state in the national finals held in Kuala Lumpur in October. The team won RM5000 to be shared among the team members who are Mah Song Wei ,Ryann Sim Wei Jian and Tan Ee Soon, while our school got RM2000.
